Here is where we can maybe answer some of your questions before we get to the fun stuff.
Do you provide Alcohol?
Unfortunately we do not provide alcohol. The law allows us to serve alcohol and we are licensed to do so. We are not licensed to make money off of alcohol. We do however have partnerships with Chicagolands biggest liquor stores using a concierge service to take the pressure off of the pickup or delivery.
How do you decide pricing?
Each event is completely different, and we treat it that way. A wedding is different from a backyard BBQ, and we know that. We are here to customize your needs to your event. Prices are different depending upon budget and need.
Are You Licensed and Insured?
Yes KenStirs has both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance. Although there is no such thing as a bartenders license; all of our bartenders are basset certified as required in the state of Illinois and most of America.
Do Your Bartenders Come In Uniform?
Our bartenders come in whatever attire you would like (within reason). We do have branded uniforms but one of the cool things we can do at no extra charge is have the uniforms tailored to your theme at no extra cost. For example if you are having a Hawaiian themed party we could come in that attire. If you checked out the "our services" page, we do custom merchandise, so we can print up uniforms for any occasion. Or if you want the typical all black; we can do that too.
Do You Provide Glassware?
We definitely can provide glassware at a price. We have most of the standard issue type glassware but we are willing to invest in more interesting styles if you prefer. We are sure we can use them at another event in the future. That is a great conversation for a free custom quote. We obviously also can use the typical disposable cups and such. It's completely up to you and your budget.

KenStirs is associated with dozens of venues in Chicagoland. Let us find one to suit your needs if you do not have a venue already.
What Not Just Book A Venue And Use There Staff And Bartenders?
You absolutely can and should go that route if that fits your budget. The difference is that KenStirs can help you plan your event to take some of the research and work out of the equation. The difference between KenStirs and buying out a venue is that the venue makes the majority of there money off of alcohol. We don't make any money off of alcohol. It's your alcohol, we just pour it. Again we have an excellent beverage program to streamline what to purchase and take the guesswork out of it. So instead of paying for a room and then the 300 -400 percent of the cost of the drinks, you just pay for fabulous service and get more for your budget.
